These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you (“you,” “your”) and Welcome to Whatcom LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and govern your access to and use of https://www.welcometowhat.com (the “Site”).

Welcome to Whatcom LLC is owned and operated by a licensed real estate broker affiliated with John L. Scott Real Estate. This site is used to share information about our services and the upcoming Welcome to Whatcom app.

We reserve the right to revise and update these Terms at any time. All changes are effective immediately when posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept and agree to the modified Terms.

All content on the Site—including text, images, graphics, branding, logos, and software—is owned by or licensed to Welcome to Whatcom LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may view and use this content only for your personal, non-commercial use. Any other use is prohibited without written permission.

If you believe that content on this website infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) by providing the following information to our designated agent at privacy@welcometowhat.com

A description of where the infringing material is located on the site

Welcome to Whatcom LLC may remove the allegedly infringing content and take reasonable steps to notify the user responsible. A user may submit a counter-notification if they believe the material was removed in error. We may reinstate the content if no legal action is taken within 10–14 business days of receiving the counter-notice.
